This $20 million dollar project under construction at the Memphis Zoo encompasses 5 acres. The exhibit, “Northwest Passage,” features custom HVACR and plumbing life support systems to simulate an environment suitable for artic wildlife such as polar bears, grizzly bears, seals and sea lions.
